1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the y111 website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming services accessible at y111.ws.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a y111 account and is accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the y111 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a Player's y111 Account, including deposited funds and any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts awarded by y111 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to a financial stake placed on a sporting event outcome or casino game result through the Platform.
• "Operator" refers to the entity that holds the international gaming license under which y111 operates.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the y111 Platform, clicking any "I agree" or "Accept" checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted revision to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on y111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y111 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming obligations under its international gaming license.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in its own capacity).
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the y111 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of y111 or its licensed operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the y111 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Pakistan
• Valid mobile number registered in your name
• A unique username and secure password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. y111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify y111 immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 KYC Verification

y111 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances, including but not limited to large deposit thresholds or compliance flags. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a legal obligation under y111's international gaming license and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account) used to deposit
• Selfie photograph holding your CNIC, where required for enhanced verification

y111 will review submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC approval. Providing false, altered, or misleading documentation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the y111 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y111 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and are subject to change; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly to your y111 balance.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• y111 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• y111 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, AML investigations, or pending KYC documentation.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on y111 — including cricket, football, basketball, tennis, and virtual sports via HRG Live — are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports and bet types are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. y111 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance to maintain market integrity. Any bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined will be voided.
• PSL, ICC, and international cricket markets are settled based on official results published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant governing body.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• y111 reserves the right to void and refund bets where a palpable error in odds has occurred, subject to notification to the affected Player.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. Current limits are published in the Platform's betting rules documentation.

8 Casino and Slots

y111's live casino and slot products are provided by third-party game studios and live dealer solution providers operating under their own licenses. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

• Live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. y111 is not responsible for interruptions caused by network connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round where a bet has been placed, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's server-side records. y111 will credit winnings accordingly.
• Slot game RTP percentages are published on the individual game's information panel. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session.
• Any malfunction of casino or slot software — including but not limited to display errors, incorrect payout calculations, or game crashes — voids all affected rounds. y111 will refund the wagered amount for voided rounds.

9 Bonuses and Promotions

y111 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms detailed on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all y111 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered through eligible games before a withdrawal may be requested.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times via multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• y111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of withdrawal will be notified of any change affecting their current bonus.
• y111 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: collusion between players, use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or use of third-party software to influence game outcomes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y111 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other criminal activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption affecting sporting event outcomes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y111 staff, support agents, or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the y111 Platform or its software
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the y111 Platform — including but not limited to the y111 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of y111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of y111.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y111 and its licensed operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to technical maintenance, server failure, or force majeure events
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that are corrected under these Terms
• Actions taken by y111 in good faith to comply with its licensing obligations, AML requirements, or responsible gaming commitments

y111's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gaming

y111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. In accordance with its international gaming license requirements, y111 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the y111 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, and responsible gaming compliance.
• y111 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting y111 via live chat support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

y111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, y111 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure via live chat support.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y111's licensed operator is incorporated, as specified in the Operator's gaming license documentation. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the y111 Platform, the following process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: You must first submit a formal complaint to y111's customer support team via live chat. y111 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with y111's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under y111's gaming license, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
3. Legal Proceedings: Neither party may commence legal proceedings in relation to a dispute until the above internal complaint process has been exhausted, except where interim relief is urgently required.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail.
